I enjoyed the location near the underground (London Subway).
I didn't enjoy at all the room. Very noisy, no a/c, no telephone, poor breakfast, etc, etc. I would not recommand it at all.

We booked a family room (5 Adults) but the hotel had some problems with bookings and we got 2 separate rooms. It was not a problem for us. The hotel is in an old house but bathrooms and showers are new. Breakfast was really good though it was continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly. Hotel is near the underground station.

Fantastic hotel, fairly clean, pleasant staff, location in a nice neighbourhood was ideal. The room was amazing and large for tea & coffee, and I greatly enjoyed it. I was offered a satisfactory breakfast with hot options and toast, as example. The services were good. Besides, the parking was nearby. The stay was absolutely excellent.

The hotel was clean, and in a good location a 5-10 min walk away from Hammersmith tube, and the Hammermsmith river walk. The family room had space for a family of four, and was bigger than others I have been in.
Our room was right at the top of the hotel. This meant that on an average summers day the room was very hot, without air-conditioning. There also was no lift, which didn't bother us, but might not be good for others. The wifi did not work in our room. The breakfast was fairly basic, by London standards (it is advertised as continental and includes a three cereal choices, some instant coffee, yoghurt, and two slices of toast and some cooked eggs).

The location is very close (5-10 min walk) to the Tube, with a grocery store and cafe right across the street.
The size of the room (2 twin beds) was incredibly small, but typical of a 'backpackers' London trip.

the staff were friendly and helpful on arrival.the room was clean and coffee and tea making facilitys were a welcome addition after our journey to london.the bathroom was clean but very small it was impossible to sit on the toilet and close the door.the hotel was easy to find and very convenient for our visit but a very noisy road spoilt chance of good nights sleep.the hotel i felt was good value for money if you plan a short break.

Not bad for a Family with children
The location was perfect for our plans, just a short walk to nearby restaurants and a Tesco. The staff were friendly and even offered us two rooms next to each other when there was a mix-up, no extra charge.
While it wasn't exactly a bargain, it still wasn't too pricey for what we got.

The hotel is clean and nice from the outside and inside. Clean and newly repaired lavatory.
A little bit too noisy, no hooks or wardrobe for clothes, no iron, the room for two people was too small, the breakfast had a very limited choice, in fact no choice at all, the toasts were hard and not crispy, scrambled eggs cold... I didn't like the breakfast.

Good location for tube, giving easy transport around London. Breakfasts were excellent though bacon would be appreciated with the eggs (a more traditional English breakfast).

Clean, good beed, good location
Room too warm (no air condition) and too small (no table or chair), didn't accept Amex, didn't sell tickets for public transport, poor breakfast (not even real coffee!), no chairs to sit outside in front of hotel or at the back
